This is The Boeing Company 737 Plant in Renton, Washington showing a complete build of a 737-700 Next Generation Aircraft. During this time I worked as a Senior Product Integrator for the 737-700 and 737-800 Next Generation Aircraft for selected Boeing Customers. My mandate was to review the Customer Configuration File (CCF) with an average of 300 options selected per customer aircraft. My responsibility was to check each individual option integration into the aircraft for form, fit and function. The check process using the Boeing Flythru Computer capability for interferences, assembly and detail fit checks, installation errors, detail design - ease of manufacture, wire harness routing, correct datasets, etc.Trouble Shooting and Corrective Actions found are then relayed to the applicable Engineering Design Group for revision resulting in a newly issued drawing. I was also responsible for the tracking of Customer Specific Option Drawing Packages with up to date drawing revision levels to be applied to the aircraft firing order in sequence ensuring reduction of red tags for the shop build. My Customer Option Integration Design Verification for specific Boeing Customers were as follows : Turkish Airlines 737-800, Royal Air Marroc 737-700 and 737-800, Far Eastern Airlines 757-200, General Electric Corp 737-700 and 737-800, Eastwind Airlines 737-700, Transavia Airlines 737-800, Itochu Airlines 737-800, Air Europa Airlines 737-800 and KLM Airlines 737-800. I also implemented a fast track approach for accurate option validation. Received a Boeing Achievement Certificate and Letter of Reference for my work.
